To celebrate the 115th International Women’s Day and further foster a supportiv environment for female employees, inspire their enthusiasm for work and entrepreneurship, and enrich their cultural lives, the General Manager’s Office, in collaboration with the Party Branch and the Labor Union, organized the “Brilliant Spring, Most Beautiful Women—Chengxin Medical and Chemical Equipment International Women’s Day Tea Party” on the afternoon of March 8.
At the start of the event, Chen Jian, Secretary of the company’s Party Branch, delivered an enthusiastic speech. He extended festive greetings and best wishes to all the female employees of the company and expressed his heartfelt gratitude for their contributions at work.
Next, Mr. Yang Jibing, an intangible cultural heritage inheritor, gave a detailed introduction to the cultural significance of velvet flowers, allowing every employee present to appreciate the profound heritage of this traditional craft. While demonstrating the methods and techniques, Mr. Yang showed the process of making velvet flowers; his deft hands and masterful skills inspired the female employees in the audience to eagerly try their hand at it. One by one, colorful silk velvet flowers of various shapes blossomed in their hands. These flowers are not only exquisite handicrafts but also symbols of the female employees’ aspirations for and pursuit of a better life.
