On February 26, 2025, Zhang Sheng, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jiaojiang District Party Committee and Deputy District Governor, led a delegation to visit the company for a research and inspection tour. They were accompanied by Zheng Renjiao, Director of the District Bureau of Economy and Science and Technology. Chairman Chen Renxian warmly welcomed the delegation.
Accompanied by Chairman Chen, Standing Committee Member Zhang Sheng toured the company’s exhibition hall and then proceeded to the production floor to gain a detailed understanding of the company’s product lines and manufacturing processes. Upon entering the production area, where equipment was operating in an orderly manner, Standing Committee Member Zhang followed the production line while listening to Chairman Chen’s explanation—from the procurement of raw materials to the processing of components—as workers operated various machines and parts were precisely assembled on the assembly line.
At the symposium, Chairman Chen briefed Standing Committee Member Zhang Sheng on the company’s development history, business segments, and research and development initiatives. The two sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on issues such as the recruitment of high-level talent and the expansion of the company’s products into overseas markets. Standing Committee Member Zhang Sheng emphasized the importance of high-level talent to the company’s development and inquired about the company’s challenges and needs regarding talent recruitment. Chairman Chen outlined the company’s approaches and achievements in talent recruitment, while also offering suggestions, expressing the hope that the government would increase its efforts to attract and cultivate high-level talent.
