On the afternoon of April 11, 2024, participants in the China Democratic National Construction Association’s Work Promotion Meeting on Building Integrity in Private Enterprises visited our company to tour the model site for integrity in private enterprises. Mr. Chen Renxian, General Manager, and Mr. Chen Junjia, Deputy General Manager, warmly welcomed the visitors.
Accompanied by President Chen, everyone toured the Integrity and Anti-Corruption Cultural Hall. On-site staff shared with the attendees the policies and measures established since the launch of the “Integrity in Private Enterprises” initiative, as well as specific cases demonstrating how the company has, since implementing these policies, eliminated corruption in areas such as raw material procurement, supply chain management, product sales, and expenditure of funds, and curbed extravagance and waste. These presentations were highly praised by the attendees.
At the subsequent 2023 Annual Summary and Commendation Conference of the Taizhou Municipal Committee of the China Democratic National Construction Association, the company was awarded plaques for “Integrity-Model Member Enterprise” and “Base for United Efforts in Integrity,” and General Manager Chen was presented with a certificate recognizing him as an “Outstanding Individual for Achievements in the Workplace in 2023.” This commendation ceremony not only recognized General Manager Chen’s leadership in promoting integrity within the company but also served as an incentive for future efforts.
In accordance with General Manager Chen’s instructions, the company will continue to strengthen education and guidance for newly promoted mid-level managers and reserve cadres to enhance their awareness of integrity and self-discipline, firmly establish a mental defense against corruption and moral decay, instill a culture of integrity among employees, and ensure they fasten the “first button” of integrity properly, thereby contributing to the creation of an ethical enterprise and supporting the company’s high-quality development.
