Vacuum Drying Oven

is a static drying device in which the material remains stationary while being dried inside the drying chamber, ensuring that the crystal structure remains intact; it can be sterilized prior to drying

Easy to Use

High Versatility

Energy-Efficient and High-Performance

High Interchangeability

Product Overview

The vacuum oven is a static, low-temperature drying device capable of performing sterilization prior to drying. It preserves the crystal structure of materials during the drying process and is widely used for drying various heat-sensitive materials, in compliance with GMP and FDA regulations.

Principles of Drying

By creating a vacuum environment inside a sealed chamber to lower the boiling point of moisture and solvents in the material, and combining this with uniform heating, the material undergoes static drying at low temperatures between 40°C and 80°C. This process efficiently removes moisture and recovers solvents while preventing degradation caused by high temperatures and preserving the material’s physical properties.

Disinfection

Disinfection can be performed prior to drying, and no impurities are introduced during the drying process, in compliance with GMP requirements.

Highly Adaptable

Supports pallet/cart-style loading and is suitable for various batch sizes, from small-scale trials to pilot-scale and full-scale production. The swing-door design eliminates internal blind spots, facilitating quick maintenance and cleaning, and significantly reducing downtime during product changeovers.

Main Uses

Suitable for drying heat-sensitive, oxidation-prone, and decomposition-prone materials, this process enables highly efficient drying at low temperatures while fully preserving the material’s crystal structure and active ingredients, thereby meeting the requirements of clean production and high-standard manufacturing processes.
