Storage Tank

Dosing tanks and storage tanks are manufactured from high-quality stainless steel. They feature a compact design and are equipped with standard manholes, level gauges, inlet and outlet ports, and vacuum connections to enable precise material dosing and fully sealed storage. Vertical storage tanks are relatively tall and have a small footprint, making them suitable for locations with height restrictions; horizontal storage tanks are wider and shorter, making them suitable for locations requiring larger storage capacities. The product line covers a full range of capacities from 30 L to 20,000 L, meeting various storage and metering needs from laboratory-scale to industrial-scale production. The surfaces are polished to comply with GMP hygiene standards, and the tanks can be configured with a CIP cleaning system.

Metering tanks and storage tanks are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for metering traditional Chinese medicine solutions, storing sterile intermediates, and serving as solvent buffer tanks; in the chemical industry for metering additives, intermediate storage of corrosive media, and feed buffering for reactors; and in the food industry for storing drinking water, metering and blending fruit juices, and temporary storage of raw materials.
