The multifunctional spherical dryer is a pharmaceutical and chemical processing device that integrates reaction, crystallization, drying, and crushing functions. It enables efficient drying of materials prone to caking while meeting GMP-level clean production requirements.
The multifunctional spherical dryer utilizes a spherical jacket and a stirring rotor through which a heating medium is circulated. Under vacuum conditions, this process lowers the boiling point of the material and facilitates efficient heat exchange with it, thereby achieving drying.
A crushing system can be configured to break up agglomerated material during the drying process, thereby improving drying uniformity.
The top collection device intercepts dust carried by the airflow, enabling material recovery and protecting the vacuum system.
It is primarily used for low-temperature vacuum drying of powdered materials prone to caking and agglomeration in industries such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals. It can also perform multiple processes, including reaction, crystallization, and crushing, and meets GMP/FDA clean production standards.
