Sealed and Clean
Fermenters are widely used in the beverage, chemical, food, dairy, seasoning, brewing, and pharmaceutical industries for fermentation purposes.
Designed specifically for the cultivation and purification of microbial strains and antibiotics, it utilizes a high-precision gas distributor and a high-efficiency cooling system to maintain a sterile environment with constant temperature and pressure, ensuring zero contamination by foreign microorganisms during the fermentation process.
Designed in strict accordance with the golden ratio of H/D 2.2–2.5, and equipped with a turbine-style impeller and an air injection system, it ensures highly efficient oxygen transfer, significantly increasing the reproduction rate and yield of microbial strains.
Using a belt/gear reducer combined with variable-frequency speed control, the stirring linear speed can be dynamically adjusted according to the fermentation process; a PLC system is integrated to enable precise monitoring of temperature, pH, and dissolved oxygen.
A general-purpose reactor widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and food industries for material fermentation.

It provides power for agitation inside the tank, driving the agitator blades to ensure uniform mixing, mass transfer, and reaction of the material.
Vertical stainless steel tank with an optional external insulation layer to reduce heat loss; the inner walls are polished to meet GMP cleanliness standards, making it suitable for sanitary production requirements in industries such as food and pharmaceuticals.
The multi-layer coil structure inside the tank allows for the circulation of refrigerant or heat transfer fluid, enabling efficient heating, cooling, or temperature maintenance of the material, with uniform temperature control and high heat exchange efficiency. The multi-layer paddle-type agitation system features paddles that can be customized according to the material’s characteristics to ensure efficient oxygen transfer, prevent sedimentation, and enhance reaction and heat transfer efficiency.
