Product Overview

The Vertical Peeler Centrifuge features a sealed discharge structure with a central scraper. It offers fully automated program control, solid-liquid separation, in-line cleaning, and dust-free discharge in a single integrated system. Designed for cleanroom and explosion-proof environments, it delivers high separation precision and prevents cross-contamination of materials, making it ideal for precision closed-loop production.

Centrifugal Screening

An electric motor drives the drum to rotate at a high, constant speed, utilizing the difference in centrifugal force to separate the material by retaining the solid phase and allowing the liquid phase to pass through.

Elution and Purification

An external cleaning medium is sprayed evenly onto the filter cake to selectively remove impurities from the material and control its moisture content.

Scraping and Discharging

A program-controlled scraper cuts radially into the filter cake layer to strip away the solid material, which is then collected and discharged downward through the central channel.

Product Structure

Level Controller

Real-time monitoring of the filter cake thickness and material level inside the drum provides automatic feedback signals to control the feeding process, ensuring uniform filter cake distribution, preventing overflow, and guaranteeing a stable and controllable separation process.

Scraper Structure

A specialized discharge assembly driven by a hydraulic or pneumatic system radially cuts into the filter cake layer according to a preset program, peeling the dewatered solid material away from the inner wall of the drum to achieve highly efficient, fully automatic discharge with minimal residue.

Motors and Drive Belts
