The equipment features a compact design, small footprint, and low maintenance costs. It employs a foot-operated quick-opening mechanism, combined with compressed air for drying and pressure relief, to enable rapid lid opening for cake discharge and filter bag replacement. It can operate under either positive or negative pressure, producing a stable filter cake layer with a large cake-holding capacity. It leaves no residual liquid, and the filter cake can be dried. It is widely used for precision filtration and clarification in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and food industries.

The Foot-Operated Quick-Open Filter features a compact design, small footprint, and low maintenance costs. It utilizes a foot-operated quick-open mechanism, combined with compressed air for drying and pressure relief, to enable rapid lid opening for cake discharge and filter bag replacement. It can operate under either positive or negative pressure, producing a stable filter cake layer with a high cake-holding capacity. It leaves no residual liquid, and the filter cake can be dried. It is widely used for precision filtration and clarification in the pharmaceutical, petrochemical, and food industries.
A filter cloth is placed on the filter screen, and the material is fed under pressure from a pump or by vacuum suction to achieve solid-liquid separation, resulting in a clear filtrate.
After the suspension has been completely discharged, compressed air is introduced to completely purge the material from the tank and further dry the filter cake.
The foot-operated quick-release top cover, combined with compressed air pressure relief, allows the tank to be opened quickly to remove the filter cake or replace the filter bag.
Filtration can be performed by pressurizing with a pump (positive pressure) or by creating a vacuum with a vacuum pump (negative pressure).
Compressed air can force all the material out of the tank, preventing any residue from remaining.
Quick-opening foot-operated filters are widely used in the pharmaceutical industry for the filtration of large-volume parenteral solutions, decarbonization of pharmaceutical solutions, and pre-filtration of injectables; in the petrochemical industry for the filtration of paints and coatings, removal of impurities from printing inks, and filtration of fine chemical slurries; and in the food industry for beverage clarification, removal of solids from edible oils, and fruit juice filtration. They are also suitable for solid-liquid separation and precision clarification in fields such as fine chemicals, environmental protection, and electroplating.
