Product Overview

This equipment utilizes low-shear spiral agitation to drive the material to rotate along the conical tank wall and rise from the bottom upward, creating a comprehensive, irregular reciprocating motion. It achieves thorough mixing of the material at low rotational speeds and with low energy consumption, with drying efficiency increased by 5–6 times compared to traditional equipment. The loading rate can reach 50%–100%, and the heating surface utilization rate is 100%. The fully enclosed design ensures no cross-contamination or leakage at connection points, meeting the requirements for sterile and dust-free environments, as well as solvent recovery and explosion-proof operating conditions.

Principles of Drying

The single-cone screw-rib vacuum dryer operates in a sealed vacuum environment. It utilizes dual heating from the jacket and the screw ribs, along with agitation by the screw ribs, to circulate the material and facilitate efficient heat exchange with the drum wall. This process lowers the boiling point of moisture, accelerates vaporization, and allows the vacuum pump to promptly remove the moisture vapor, thereby achieving low-temperature, uniform, and efficient drying of the material.

Vacuum Sampling

A sampling valve with a patented special design that enables online sampling under sealed vacuum conditions.

Gas-Sealed Ball Valve

This internally heated ball valve, featuring a pneumatic bladder seal and protected by a patent, enables flow control, in-line cleaning, and backflushing functions, and complies with GMP and FDA clean manufacturing requirements.

All-in-One Functionality

It combines mixing, drying, and discharge into a single unit, streamlining the process, simplifying operation, and delivering high overall efficiency.

Online Cleaning

It contains an in-line spray ball that covers the entire inner surface of the equipment, enabling in-line cleaning.

Main Uses

This equipment is widely used for drying materials of various densities, particularly loose materials, free-flowing substances, crystals, and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, and cosmetics industries.

Product Structure
Transmission System

The screw-type agitator is driven by an electric motor with a gear reducer, providing smooth and reliable power for the material’s circulating motion and ensuring the equipment’s continuous and stable operation under vacuum conditions.

Dryer Housing

Featuring a fully enclosed conical cylinder structure equipped with a jacket heating layer, this unit serves as the core facility for material drying, heat exchange, and vacuum reactions, and meets clean production requirements.

Trap

Equipped with a multi-core filter bag or multi-layer sintered mesh structure to filter dust and solvent vapors generated during the drying process, prevent material from being drawn away by the vacuum pump, reduce material loss, and prevent pipeline blockages.

Discharge Valve Assembly

Equipped with a specially designed discharge valve protected by a patent, this system enables residue-free, sealed discharge of dried materials and supports online sampling and rapid unloading.

Sealing Structure

The equipment features a fully enclosed design and achieves a high vacuum level, making it particularly suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

Screw Conveyor

The material is conveyed in a circular motion along the wall of the conical cylinder and lifted from the bottom to the top. Once it reaches the highest point, it automatically falls into the mixing center due to gravity and eventually returns to the bottom of the tank.
